Location: San Jose, CA; Start Date: 08/31/2026; Duration: 42 Weeks; Schedule: 40 Hours Per Week; Grade Level: Elementary; Setting: School-Based, Resource Environment; Assignment: Float/Sub; Interview Process: Virtual WebEx Interview.

Responsibilities

• Conduct student evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Provide direct speech and language services to students
• Document student progress and maintain compliance with district and state guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

Requirements

• Active California Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) License
• CCC-SLP preferred (may be required based on assignment)
• Compliance with all professional standards of practice
• Current CPR certification (if applicable)
• TB clearance (if applicable)
• Current health certificate (per state or contract requirements)
• Meet all federal, state, and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Pay

• Local Pay: Up to $91.50/hour ($3,660/week)
• Travel Pay Package: Up to $4,008/week
• Weekly Housing Stipend: $1,344
• Weekly Meals & Incidentals: $644
• Travel package available for qualified candidates
