Aya Education is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a school-based role in El Cajon, CA, for the 26/27 school year. This position offers the opportunity to provide life-changing care for students, with the flexibility to travel or work close to home.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services to students in a school setting
• Deliver care aligned with students' individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapeutic needs
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and other professionals to support student progress

Requirements

• Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders
• New graduates are encouraged to apply

Schedule

• Shift: Days
• 5, 8-hour shifts per week, 07:30 – 16:00
• Contracts are up to 40 hours per week, with weekends off

Pay

• $2,777 to $2,925 weekly (includes taxable wages and tax-free expense reimbursements)
