About the role
Cross Country Education is seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists to provide speech-language services to K–12 students in Fairfield, CA, during the 2026–2027 academic year.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site speech-language therapy to a caseload of approximately 50–55 K–12 students
- Conduct speech-language evaluations, interpret diagnostic results, and develop and implement IEP goals to support student success
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary school teams to support communication goals and monitor student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely student records while demonstrating flexibility to support school site assignments based on district and student needs
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Valid California Speech-Language Pathologist License (CA-SLP)
- Prior school-based experience preferred, with the ability to independently manage a school-based caseload across multiple grade levels
- Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus
Pay
- SLPs: Up to $62.90/hr
- Bilingual SLPs: Up to $66.20/hr
