School Speech Language Pathologist - $57-58 per hour

About the Role

Cross Country Education is seeking a Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist for a local contract position in Glendale, Arizona, for the 2026–2027 school year. In this role, you will conduct bilingual evaluations, collaborate with educators and families, and support student success.

Responsibilities

• Conduct bilingual speech and language evaluations for K–8 students, interpret assessment results, and develop comprehensive evaluation reports with recommendations.
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students eligible for speech and language services.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student communication goals and provide consultation on effective intervention strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation, uphold confidentiality, and support compliance with applicable special education and licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Arizona Department of Education (DOE) Speech-Language Pathologist Certification
• Active Arizona Department of Health (DOH) Speech-Language Pathologist License
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) with Bilingual Certification required
• Valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Card
• Experience in a pediatric or school setting preferred

Pay

• $57.20 – $58.40 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

Schedule

• Duration: 41 weeks
• 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts
