School Speech Language Pathologist - $47-48 per hour

About the Role

Cross Country Education is seeking a dynamic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CF) for a local contract position in the Naples and Immokalee, FL areas. This is an in-person role providing therapy services to a diverse K–12 student caseload during the 2026–2027 school year.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, in-person speech-language therapy services to a diverse K–12 student caseload
• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Support students' academic success and functional communication
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Florida Speech-Language Pathology License (DOH/DOE)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CF-SLP)
• Ability to provide in-person services and adapt to school-day schedules across educational settings
