Pioneer Healthcare Services is seeking a travel School Speech Language Pathologist for an 8-week contract in Wilmington, North Carolina. This position involves a full-time day shift (8 hours, up to 40 hours per week) in a school setting, starting September 14, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Assess students' communication needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy to improve speech, language, and social communication skills
• Collaborate with teachers and families to support students' educational goals
• Educate staff on strategies to accommodate students with speech and language challenges
• Monitor and document student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Implement interventions within the classroom setting to enhance communication
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to individualized education plans (IEPs)

Qualifications

• A master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• NC licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist

Pay

$2,333.96 – $2,406.14 per week (based on 40 hours per week and subject to confirmation)
