School Social Worker
About the role
Join us and make a lasting difference in the lives of students with neurodevelopmental delays. As a School Social Worker at Rebecca School, you will support students and families within our specialized school setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing family support, education, referrals, and community resources to students' family networks
- Conduct home visits and provide clinical and counseling services to students
- Complete documentation, including session notes, progress reports, and family communication
- Participate in IEP meetings to support families, administer social histories, and conduct school visits following placement letters
Requirements
- Master's degree in social work (MSW) or related supportive mental health field
- New York State licensed master of social work (LMSW) or licensed clinical social work (LCSW) certification preferred
Qualifications
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
- Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills

$57K - $88K
