The ideal candidate will provide social work services to students, families, and staff at a school setting. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing intervention plans, and collaborating with other professionals.
Responsibilities
- Conducting assessments and developing intervention plans for students and families
- Collaborating with teachers, counselors, and other school staff to support student needs
- Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards
- Participating in team meetings and professional development activities
Requirements
Must hold a Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program. Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is preferred but not required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field
- Experience working with children and families
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of child welfare laws and regulations
