Position Overview

Cross Country Education is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to support K–5th students in Glendale, AZ, during the 2026–2027 school year.

  • Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings, evaluations, and assessments for K–5th students to identify communication needs and disorders.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and goals as an active member of the multidisciplinary IEP team.
  • Deliver high-quality speech-language therapy sessions tailored to meet the unique communication needs of a diverse student caseload.

Requirements

  • ASHA-certified Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (REQUIRED).
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology.
  • Current Arizona Standard Speech-Language Pathologist Certification from the Arizona Department of Education.
  • Current Arizona Department of Health Speech Language Pathologist License.
  • American Hearing and Speech Association Clinical Certification of Competence (preferred).
  • IVP Fingerprint card.

Pay

Earn $62.80 - $67.57 per hour, based on experience and qualifications, with weekly pay and opportunities for bonuses and incentives.
