Supplemental Health Care is partnering with a school in Odessa, Delaware to hire a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist. You’ll assess students, develop IEPs, collaborate with educators and families, and provide engaging therapy in an inclusive learning environment. Whether you’re a seasoned school-based SLP or just getting started, SHC provides tools and support to help you thrive.

Responsibilities

• Assess students’ speech and language needs
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with educators and families

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active (or pending) Delaware SLP license
• ASHA Certification
• School experience is a plus, but not required

Pay

• Hourly Rate: $55.70 - $60 per hour
• $3,000 assignment bonus available (conditions apply; ask recruiter for details)

Estimated weekly payment may include both taxable wages and tax-free reimbursements for meals, housing, and incidentals. Compensation depends on qualifications and experience.

Schedule

• 37 hours per week
• 8-hour shifts, days
