About the role
Cross Country Education is seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to provide high-quality speech and language services, supervise SLPAs, and help students in Culver City, CA develop the communication skills and confidence they need to succeed in school and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Conduct speech-language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress toward communication goals
- Supervise and provide guidance to Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) in accordance with state regulations and professional standards
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active California Speech-Language Pathology License (CA-SLP)
- Must be qualified to supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs)
- School-based experience preferred

Earn $68.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications as a Speech-Language Pathologist, with weekly pay and opportunities for bonuses and incentives.
