School Services - School Speech Language Pathologist - $55 per hour

About the role

Supplemental Health Care is partnering with a school district in Cleveland, Texas to hire a School Services School Speech‑Language Pathologist on a local contract basis. The position starts ASAP, runs for 13 weeks, and involves 30 hours per week (8‑hour days).

Responsibilities

• Work directly with students to assess speech and language needs.
• Write meaningful Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Collaborate with educators and families to develop and implement therapy plans.
• Provide engaging, effective speech‑language therapy sessions.
• Supervise Speech‑Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA) when applicable.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology.
• Active (or in‑process) Texas SLP license.
• A passion for helping students succeed.
• School experience is beneficial but not required.
• Experience supervising SLPA’s is a plus.

Pay

• Hourly rate: $51.35 – $55.30 per hour.
• $3,000 assignment bonus (conditions apply; ask recruiter for details).
