About the Role
PediaStaff is seeking two dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists ($55–$65/hour) to support early-childhood students in the Tualatin, OR area for the 2026–2027 school year. This role offers a possible hybrid schedule (up to 2 days at home depending on assignment/workload needs).
Responsibilities
- Manage and organize specialized materials, equipment, and environment essential to the speech and language program.
- Provide educationally related communication intervention for students disabled by disorders of language, speech, or hearing in a variety of settings.
- Assess speech and language skills of students suspected of having a communication disorder and consult with teachers to develop IEP goals and objectives.
- Provide resources, modeling strategies, and training to other team members in communication interventions.
- Communicate regularly with school staff, parents, and students regarding assessment results and progress.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology.
- Current Oregon licensure through the Board of Examiners for Speech Language Pathology.
- Experience with children who have a variety of disabilities and needs.
- Valid driver’s license, available transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
