About the Role
Cross Country Education is seeking a dedicated School Speech-Language Pathologist to provide assessment, intervention, and collaborative special education services for the 2026–2027 school year in the Elkton, MD area. Clinical Fellows (CFs) are also welcome to apply.
Position Overview
- Conduct speech-language screenings, assessments, therapy, and documentation for students ages 3–21 in accordance with IEPs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized student goals
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with state and district requirements
- Provide services across assigned school sites, supporting students in a variety of educational settings
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Active Maryland Speech-Language Pathologist License or eligibility to begin a Clinical Fellowship in Maryland
- School-based experience with evaluations, IEPs, and multidisciplinary collaboration preferred
- Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and ability to complete required background screening

- SLPs: $52.70 - $53.80/hr
- Clinical Fellows: $48.20 - $49.20/hr
