School Services - School Special Education Teacher - $16 per hour

Position Overview

Provide classroom and/or one-on-one support to students with diverse learning, behavioral, and physical needs. Assist students with academic tasks, behavior management, and maintaining engagement throughout the school day. Support daily living activities, including personal care and toileting assistance, as needed, while maintaining student dignity and safety. Collaborate with teachers and school staff to help implement individualized student supports and promote a positive learning environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Ohio Educational Aide Permit
• Current CPR/First Aid Certification
• Reliable transportation
• Experience supporting students with autism, developmental disabilities, behavioral needs, or other special education populations preferred
