About the role
Cross Country Education is seeking a School Services School Occupational Therapist for a local contract job in Albany, New York.
Responsibilities
- Provide therapeutic interventions to students in a school setting
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
- Evaluate students' functional performance and progress towards goals
- Document progress notes and report findings to relevant parties
- Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in occupational therapy practice
Requirements
- Master's degree in occupational therapy or related field
- State certification/licensure in Occupational Therapy
- Experience as an Occupational Therapist in the pediatric or school setting is appreciated
