Requirements

Must possess or be eligible for an appropriate California public school credential. If the applicant does not hold a current, valid credential, a Plan to Complete form must be attached with the application.

• Philosophy on Education Statement
• Three (3) Letters of Recommendation dated within 18 months of application
• Current Resume
• Copy of Valid California Public School Credentials
• Copy of CTC Certificate of Clearance (COC)
• Copy of Transcripts (Unofficial accepted for application purposes)
