Responsibilities

• Provide psychological services to students in a variety of settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized educational plans.
• Assess students' emotional, behavioral, and academic needs.
• Develop and deliver interventions to address identified needs.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other school staff to ensure comprehensive support for students.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations as required by state regulations.

Requirements

• Must possess and maintain the certification requirements as established by Connecticut State Statutes.
• Must have School Psychology Certification (070).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in School Psychology or related field.
• Master's degree in School Psychology or related field preferred.
• Valid Connecticut teaching certificate.
• Experience working with students in a school setting.
• Knowledge of psychological assessment tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
