School Psychologist **Part Time + Hybrid/Remote**

Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) is seeking passionate and dedicated School Psychologists to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year. We partner with school districts across the country, providing school-based opportunities in a variety of settings.

About the role

Part-time (~20 hours per week) hybrid position with 2–3 days on-site per month in Ashland, OR for the 2026–2027 school year.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate students' cognitive, academic, emotional, and behavioral functioning.
• Interpret assessment results to identify students' strengths and areas of need, informing educational planning and interventions.
• Provide counseling and therapeutic services to students individually or in groups to address social, emotional, and behavioral concerns.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement interventions and support plans for students.
• Participate in various district and school meetings (e.g., Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, MTSS meetings, manifestation determination meetings).
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed to students, families, and school staff.
• Conduct research and program evaluation to inform evidence-based practices and interventions within the school setting.
• Stay current with laws, regulations, and ethical standards related to school psychology practice.
• Participate in professional development activities and continuing education to enhance skills and knowledge in school psychology.

Specific job roles may vary based on state and district requirements.

Requirements

• Master's or doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program.
• Active state School Psychologist certification or licensure, or eligibility to obtain licensure in the state where you are applying.
• NCSP Certification (not required).
• Experience conducting psychological assessments in an educational setting preferred.
• Someone who values collaboration and student-centered services.
