Location: West Jordan, Utah, United States (On-Site)

Salary: $69,855 – $104,855 annually, with a $3,000 signing bonus for the 2026-27 school year. Base salary starts at $78,300 for a Specialist Degree with no experience. Includes an additional $2,931 for 7 days above contract. Salary is based on degree and all eligible, verifiable years of experience. Interns receive full salary on the OT/PT/Psychologist schedule.

About the Role

K-12 district with 56,000+ students and 68 schools. All schools have full-time school psychologist or intern allocations. The district uses an intervention-based service delivery model, with all K-12 positions funded by regular education. A Combination RTI/Discrepancy model is used for SLD eligibility.

Supervision is available for pre-doctoral and post-doctoral candidates by licensed psychologists for licensure through DOPL. BCBA and Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CMHC) supervision is also available.

Requirements

  • Master's, Specialist, or Doctoral degree in school psychology.
  • Eligibility for Associate or Professional licensure as a school psychologist by Utah State Board of Education, OR Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP).
  • Intern candidates must hold an Associate Educators License (USBE) prior to starting and be enrolled in a graduate program authorized to complete internship.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual in Spanish (reading, speaking, writing).

Schedule

Full-Time or Part-Time, indefinite duration.
