Long-term substitute position at Grand Island High School from September 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027. Schedule: 8:35 AM to 3:35 PM.

Responsibilities

• Provide emotional support to children with behavioral, social, and academic needs
• Perform psycho-educational assessments
• Develop and implement therapeutic interventions with children and families
• Collaborate with peers and administrators to meet student needs

Requirements

• NYS Certification as a School Psychologist
• 1–3 years of experience preferred
• Appropriate counseling experience and specialized training/coursework
• Knowledge of school practices

Pay

$55,903 per GITA contract (MA +30 step).
