School Psychologist (Full-Time) - Bremerton, WA $6k Sign-on Bonus

About the role

The successful candidate will provide psychological services to students in a school setting, collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals, and contribute to the overall mental health and academic success of the student population.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' emotional, behavioral, and academic needs
• Develop and implement individualized educational plans and behavior intervention strategies
• Provide counseling and therapy sessions to students and families
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other school staff to support student learning and development
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all services provided

Requirements

• A Master's degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a School Psychologist in Washington State
• Experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting
• Knowledge of child development, psychology, and educational principles

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
