About the Role
Cross Country Education is seeking a licensed School Psychologist to join our collaborative team to champion student mental health and academic growth in Naperville, IL for the upcoming 2026–2027 academic year.
Position Overview
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, interpret cognitive and behavioral data, and prepare detailed reports to determine special education eligibility for elementary students.
- Divide time across two elementary campuses to actively lead IEP meetings, consult with educators, and guide Child Study/problem-solving teams.
- Design and implement individual or school-wide positive behavioral support plans, offering targeted interventions to support students' mental health and academic success.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree or higher in School Psychology
- Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a School Psychologist endorsement
- Prior experience working within a school or pediatric setting (Preferred)
Compensation & Benefits
- Earn $49.20 - $55.30 per hour, based on your experience and qualifications, with weekly pay and opportunities for bonuses and incentives.
