School Psychologist (Certified) - $2,641 per week

AHS Staffing is seeking a Certified School Psychologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Overland Park, Kansas, supporting elementary students in the Shawnee area for FMLA coverage.

About the Role

As a School Psychologist, you will assist students with academic, social, and emotional well-being, working with students and families to promote success. You will be a critical member of the IEP team, providing insight and guidance on student academic and behavioral functioning.

Responsibilities

• Administer diagnostic and curriculum-based assessments
• Use intelligence and academic performance testing to determine student diagnoses and recommendations for specialized services
• Observe students in various academic and social settings to gather data on overall school functioning
• Provide consultative psychology services to parents and school staff as described in the IEP

Schedule

• Start Date: 08/18/2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Hours: 36.25 hours per week (12-hour shifts, days)
• Setting: Two elementary schools (in-person only)
