About the role

Responsibilities
- Support students’ well-being, guide educators, and make a lasting impact on young learners.
- Provide in-person counseling services at partner schools for 20 hours per week.
- Maintain current licensure and certifications as required by the state and district.
- Attend required meetings, trainings, and professional development sessions.
- Be punctual, reliable, and responsive to communication and scheduling needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and other professionals to support student learning and mental health.
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations to assess cognitive, academic, behavioral, emotional, and social functioning.
- Interpret test results and provide written reports with data-driven recommendations.
Requirements
- Masters in School Psychology or Clinical Psychology.
- Access to a mobile phone (for email) & basic internet (if working offsite).
- A valid Michigan School Psychologist certificate.
- Experience in cognitive, achievement, & behavioral assessments.
- Proficiency with writing plans & conducting meetings.
- Willingness to drive between sites if needed.
- Must clear IChat.
- A valid driver license and hold appropriate automobile insurance with limits that allow driving a personal vehicle for work (25/50k liability coverage).

Pay
$49 - $54.13/hr* Salary range is contingent upon relatable experience, type of credentialing/certification, education, and use of a second language in your role (50% of the time).
