School Psychologist
TheraPeds Partners is a therapist-owned and operated organization. We partner with schools to provide School Psychology services to PreK-12 students nationwide. About the role
This is a full-time, on-site role as a School Psychologist serving a school located in Livonia, Michigan for the 2026-2027 school year (August - June). The position involves working with K-12 grades and includes guaranteed hours, encompassing documentation, administrative, and planning time.
Responsibilities
- Provide therapy services to students
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations
- Develop Individualized Education Program (IEP) plans
- Manage eligibility and diagnostic processes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including therapists, educators, and parents
- Support students according to their IEP
- Perform evaluations, consultations, and student services
Requirements
- Master's degree or higher in School Psychology
- NASP License (preferred but not required)
- State License and/or School Psychologist and Department of Education certification (when required)
- 2+ years of experience (preferred but not required)
- Knowledge of counseling and psychological assessment
- Experience working with children and adolescents
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in the use of technology
- Fingerprint background clearance
Physical Requirements
Working and playing with students requires that employees must be able to perform necessary physical movement functions, such as lifting, sitting, walking, standing, crawling, and engaging with students in all physical locations and activities, while adhering to the duties outlined by the district.

Pay
$65 - $75+/hour ($2,437 - $2,812/week+)
Schedule
Full-time, 37.5 hours/week, bi-monthly salary deposits. Dual support from the District and TheraPeds with manageable caseloads.
