School Psychologist

About the role

Full-time, 10-month school psychologist position at Emmaus High School.

Responsibilities

• Conducting psycho-educational evaluations under IDEA
• Conducting evaluations for 504 Plans
• Responding to crisis situations
• Behavior de-escalation
• Non-emergency consultation with school counselors
• Team member of SAP, MTSS, and Child Study teams

Requirements

• Valid PA certification in School Psychology
• Master's degree
• Current police, child abuse, and FBI Fingerprint clearances

Schedule

7 hours & 30 minutes per day, 10 months (190 days per school year). Additional summer work totaling up to 20 days can be scheduled and paid at the current per diem rate.

Pay

2026-2027 Salary (Master's degree, Step 1):

• Master's: $70,000/year
• Master's +12 credits: $72,000/year
• Master's +24 credits: $74,000/year
• Master's +36 credits: $76,000/year

Salary and benefits are in accordance with the East Penn Education Association collective bargaining agreement. Years of service are considered when determining the starting salary.
