Performance Responsibilities
- Process referrals of individuals from various sources such as CAIU classes, public and non-public schools, and community agencies.
- Act as a case manager for cases requiring more than routine involvement; collaborate with diagnostic teams and coordinate results for programming.
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations/reevaluations, including assessments of intellectual, developmental, academic, social/emotional, and behavioral status.
- Provide assessment and data collection using informal or non-standardized evaluation techniques.
- Interpret and utilize assessment data to write psychological reports and develop written intervention plans.
- Provide crisis intervention services.
- Consult with districts, nonpublic schools, and CAIU classes by conducting observations, developing behavior management plans, academic strategies, family support, classroom management strategies, and approaches.
- Participate in professional development activities and stay updated on relevant issues and changes in school psychology.
- Complete data entry logs for billing purposes.
- Submit records and reports within required timelines.
- Assume any other responsibilities as directed by Program Director, Director of Student Services, and/or their designee(s).
- Assume any other responsibilities as directed by the Executive Director or their designee.
