Responsibilities
- Conduct FIEs and REEDs for students (ages 0–18) referred for special education evaluation.
- Contribute evaluation findings to the development of IEPs.
- Consult with teachers, parents, and community agencies on intervention strategies.
- Attend ARD committee meetings to support appropriate placement decisions.
- Produce accurate, timely evaluation reports meeting district and state requirements.
- Track and submit billable hours through QuickBooks.
Requirements
- Master's degree in School Psychology or related field.
- Active Texas LSSP licensure.
- Demonstrated experience in psychological assessment of children and adolescents (0–18).
- Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred.
Skills
- Skilled with standardized test instruments, diagnostic software, and special education management platforms.
- Strong, defensible report writing.
- Reliable, professional communication (we collaborate via Slack, email, and Zoom).
- Comfortable with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
Practical Notes
- Some travel to campus sites within your service area.
- Light lifting and transport of test materials.
