American Traveler is hiring a certified School Psychologist for a travel assignment in Columbia, South Carolina for the 2026-27 school year. The position requires SC DOE School Psychologist certification and is based in a school district setting.

Schedule

• Day shift, 5 days per week (7:00 AM - 2:30 PM)
• 7.5 hours per day, approximately 37.5 billable hours per week
• 40 hours per week total
• Assignment duration: 42 weeks (August 2026 - May 2027)
• 3 openings available

Responsibilities

• Provide school psychologist services to students within the district

Requirements

• SC DOE School Psychologist certification required
• SCDE certification must be obtained prior to start if a teaching certificate is required
• License required if applicable
• Resume required for consideration
• Candidates who worked as permanent employees within the district in the past 12 months are not eligible
