School-Based Contract Assignment

Join our team for a rewarding school-based contract assignment where you'll provide physical therapy in a school setting. This opportunity offers full-time pay and benefits.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Credentials evaluated by one of these: FCCPT, ICD, ICA, IERF or IEC
• Current state license in good standing with the State License Board
• Active Oregon Physical Therapist license

What You'll Do

Provide physical therapy in a school-based setting. Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and deliver goal-aligned therapy. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams. Maintain compliant documentation per district, state, and federal guidelines.

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Monday-Friday
• Expected hours: 40 hours per week
• Setting includes birth to age 3 home visits and ages 3-5 preschool

Candidates are paid for hours worked. No pay for school holidays or closings.
