Responsibilities

- Maintain compliant documentation in accordance with district, state, and federal guidelines
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Oregon BOE certification
- Current, in-good-standing state license
