About the Role

PediaStaff is seeking a dedicated School-Based Physical Therapist for a travel assignment working with Pre-K students in the Overland Park, Kansas area. This is a FMLA coverage position lasting 6-8 weeks, starting as soon as August 24, 2026. The role involves 40 hours per week on an 8-hour day shift schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring equal access to educational programs for children with functional limitations or disabilities
• Evaluating students' physical abilities to determine therapy services needed
• Supporting students' physical well-being within the school environment
• Preparing students for further education, employment, and independent living
• Promoting education in the least-restrictive environment and preventing inappropriate placements and unnecessary services

Qualifications

• Appropriate Degree in Physical Therapy
• Current state license (or be eligible for same)

• Dates: Starting 08/24/2026 (ASAP) for 6-8 weeks

Pay & Benefits
