Make an Impact as a School-Based Pediatric Occupational Therapist — $40–$50/hr | Full-Time, School-Year Schedule
Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations, identify areas of concern, and collaborate with IEP teams to support student academic success.
- Plan and implement effective treatment programs focused on sensorimotor, educational, recreational, and social activities.
- Provide consultation and education for teachers and staff to enhance fine motor, visual motor, sensory processing, attention, and executive functioning skills in students.
- Ensure all documentation complies with state regulations and district standards for accuracy and timeliness.
Qualifications
- Occupational Therapist Licensure in good standing
- CPR and first aid certification required

Pay
$40-$50/hour inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials.
Schedule
This full-time position offers 30–40 hours per week and follows the school-year calendar (10-month schedule), providing built-in breaks and work-life balance.
