Responsibilities

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized intervention plans.
• Implement therapy strategies to support students' academic, sensory, and daily living needs.
• Collaborate with teachers and special education teams to promote student participation and independence.
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation of services and outcomes.
• Provide direct therapy services.
• Track student progress to enhance functional skills and independence.

Qualifications & Skills

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy and active Illinois OT license.
• Experience in school-based settings, especially with high school students, is preferred.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills.
