About the role

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a local contract School Occupational Therapist for a position in Varnville, South Carolina. The role is a specialty Occupational Therapist in Therapy, with an ASAP start date, 13‑week duration, 24 hours per week on 8‑hour day shifts, and is a local contract position.

Responsibilities

• Deliver OT services based on each student’s IEP
• Develop, implement, and track therapy plans that actually work
• Evaluate students, collect data, and monitor progress
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to help students thrive
• Work across multiple grade levels (some travel between schools may be required)
• Potentially supervise OT assistants

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with a South Carolina license (or eligibility to obtain one)
• Passion for working with kids and a creative, flexible approach
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
