Supplemental Health Care is seeking a local contract School Occupational Therapist in Olathe, Kansas.

About the role

Help kids shine as a School-Based OT! Are you ready to make a real difference in students’ lives and still have your evenings, weekends, and holidays to yourself? Supplemental Health Care is partnering with a fantastic school district to hire an Occupational Therapist who’s excited to help kids succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver OT services based on each student’s IEP
  • Develop, implement, and track therapy plans that actually work
  • Evaluate students, collect data, and monitor progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to help students thrive
  • Work across multiple grade levels (some travel between schools may be required)
  • Potentially supervise OT assistants

Requirements

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist with a Kansas license (or eligibility to obtain one)
  • Passion for working with kids and a creative, flexible approach
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Pay

  • $43.05 - $46.35 per hour
  • $3,000 assignment bonus available (conditions apply; ask recruiter for details)

Estimated weekly payment may include both taxable wages and tax-free reimbursements for meals, housing, and incidentals. Compensation depends on various factors including qualifications and experience.

Schedule

  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Duration: 13 weeks
  • 37 hours per week
