What We're Looking For

• Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program
• Current Washington state OT license in good standing with the State License Board
• NBCOT Certification
• Educator's License or Washington equivalent preferred
• Experience providing occupational therapy services in school settings preferred, including conducting assessments and developing IEPs
• Experience with pediatric populations and school-based documentation and compliance requirements preferred

What You'll Do

• Provide occupational therapy services in a K–12 school setting
• Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and deliver goal-aligned therapy interventions
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, school teams, and related service providers
• Maintain compliant documentation according to district, state, and federal guidelines
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to student progress monitoring

Minimum Requirements

• Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Washington state OT license in good standing
• NBCOT Certification required
• Educator's License preferred; must be able to obtain if required by the district
• Prior experience in school-based occupational therapy preferred
• Ability to complete background checks and meet district onboarding requirements
