About the role

Solomon Page is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist to join a growing team in Federal Way, Washington. This travel position is a full‑time, 40‑hour per week role (5 × 8‑hour days) for a 41‑week assignment, starting as soon as possible (anticipated start date 09/02/2026). The OT will work within a travel employment type, providing therapy services to patients.

Responsibilities

• Create, communicate, and implement each patient’s individualized care plan.
• Utilize equipment and therapeutic exercises to support patient progress.
• Consistently update medical records and provide reports as needed.

Requirements

• Certification from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including patience, empathy, and compassion.
• Effective communication skills: active listening, writing, speaking, and reading comprehension.
• Fast and adaptive problem‑solving abilities.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.

Shift: 5 × 8‑hour days (days), 40 hours per week.
