About the Role

Join an active and exciting school cafeteria team serving children and faculty Monday through Friday throughout the school year. This role offers a fun and dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain kitchen and dining areas to meet health department regulations.
• Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, and taking out trash as needed.
• Lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Serve wholesome, nutritious food to students, faculty, and parents in a polite, fun, and engaging manner.
• Contribute to improving the way school cafeterias operate.

Requirements

• Must love working with children.
• Must be responsible, dependable, and adhere to the work schedule.
• Ability to recognize and deliver quality food and service.
• Internal applicants must know how to cashier and have scored 3.0 or higher on their last evaluation.
• External applicants must become proficient in cashiering within 30 days of being hired.

Working Conditions

Openings are available in Elementary, Middle, and High School cafeterias. The environment is fast-paced, lively, and welcoming, with a focus on safety, quality, and service.
