About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes and school environments.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Administer prescribed treatments
- Assess physiological and psychosocial changes
- Collect and analyze health data
- Document diagnoses
Qualifications
- Current licensure as an LPN/LVN
- Valid BLS certification
- Recent TB or Chest X-Ray
- Preferably one year of professional nursing experience
