School Nurse (LPN) - Temporary Position
for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes: Position details: temporary position dates, location, salary (Classified Scale, Grade 10; placement based on experience), hours (Full Time, 7.5 Hours per day (Benefits Eligible)), position length (same as dates), FLSA status, immediate supervisor. Also job summary, requisite education and skills, essential job responsibilities and duties, physical requirements, clearances. No explicit Benefits, Pay, Schedule beyond what's given: salary info (Classified Scale, Grade 10; placement based on experience) - that's pay info but not specific numbers. The rule: do NOT create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It does state salary (Classified Scale, Grade 10; placement based on experience) and hours (Full Time, 7.5 Hours per day (Benefits Eligible)). So we could include a Pay section with that salary info, and a Schedule section with hours. Benefits: they mention Benefits Eligible in hours line, but not explicit benefits description. Could we include Benefits? The posting says "Full Time, 7.5 Hours per day (Benefits Eligible)". That indicates benefits eligibility but not details. The rule: never create Benefits section unless posting actually states them. It does state that it's benefits eligible, but not specifics. Might be considered stating benefits eligibility, but not details. Safer to maybe include a Benefits section with that note? The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Might combine Pay and Schedule into one? But they ask to use headings for those categories if content exists. We have pay info (salary scale) and schedule info (hours). We'll create separate sections.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate like EEO, etc. Also remove "Equal Opportunity Employer" etc. Also remove "Physical Requirements" maybe we can include as a section? Not in list of allowed headings but we could treat as "Requirements" or "Qualifications". Physical requirements could go under Requirements or Qualifications. We'll put under Requirements.
We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include job summary, responsibilities, requisite education and skills (which includes education, license, certifications, experience, knowledge, abilities). We'll split into sections: About the role (job summary), Responsibilities (essential duties), Requirements (education, license, certifications, experience, knowledge, abilities, physical requirements, clearances), Skills (maybe separate but could combine with Requirements). The instruction: Use headings for section headings e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can choose which to include. We have content for About the role (job summary). Responsibilities (essential duties). Requirements (education, license, etc). Skills (abilities). Could combine abilities into Skills. Qualifications maybe similar to Requirements. We'll avoid duplication.
We'll produce:
