About the role
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one nursing care in a school setting.
Responsibilities
- Managing students’ medical needs such as trach, vent, G-tube feedings, seizure monitoring with rescue medications, personal and diabetic care
- Transporting the student via bus (role may involve)
Qualifications
- Current LPN licensure in the practicing state
- Valid health certificate, PPD or chest X-ray, and BLS card
- One year of LPN experience is preferred
