School Link Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Brief Description

Alden-Conger Schools currently has openings for a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP). Fernbrook Family Center also has positions available.

What You’ll Do

• Provide individual, family, group, and/or skills-based therapy
• Conduct diagnostic assessments and determine service eligibility
• Maintain productivity and documentation standards
• Collaborate with Fernbrook staff and external service providers
• Participate in trainings, staff meetings, and professional development
• Uphold Fernbrook’s mission, values, and agency policies

What We’re Looking For

• Active licensure as LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP
• Strong ethical judgment and professional boundaries
• Effective time management and independent scheduling
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Openness to feedback and commitment to ongoing clinical growth
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check

Schedule & Work Environment

• Salaried: 40–43 hours/week | Hourly: up to 40 hours/week
• Regular travel to client homes, community settings, and Fernbrook offices
• Flexible hours—full time or part time hours available
