Job Goal
To provide for the effective and efficient operation of the office so that the maximum positive impact on the education of students can be realized.
Performance Responsibilities
- Schedules appointments and makes arrangements for conferences and interviews, as directed by the Principal or designee
- Maintains confidentiality
- Welcomes visitors, provides routine information and directs inquiries to appropriate personnel
- Maintains such student records as required
- Keeps necessary files updated and accessible
- Assumes responsibility for the overall appearance of the office
- Dispense medication to students and administrators
- First aid as assigned by the Principal or designee
- Performs other tasks assigned by the Principal or designee
