Job Description
- Serves as a liaison between program staff, school personnel, families, and community partners, supporting effective communication and problem-solving.
- Supports operational logistics to ensure effective implementation of school health services.
- Collaborates to develop, implement, and evaluate patient outreach and follow-up, promoting school health services and improving engagement.
- Networks with local and regional external partners and coordinates events to promote school-based health services and expand community reach.
- PARTNERS WITH STAKEHOLDERS TO ASSESS SERVICE GAPS, IDENTIFY RESOURCES, AND IMPLEMENT SOLUTIONS THAT IMPROVE ACCESS AND OUTCOMES.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, required.
- Master's Degree, preferred.
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Effective analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective relationship management skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office and interactive computer technologies.
Experience
- Five years of experience working with children of all ages, required.
- Experience in school settings and program development, required.
- Experience with healthcare systems or community/public health, preferred.
- Experience with innovating marketing and outreach strategies, preferred.
