School Direct Care Worker - First Shift - Lambeth Campus

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work as a team member.
• Perform basic writing, communications, and computer skills.
• Function as a group leader and role model in relation to troubled youth.
• Respond appropriately to the emotional and physical needs of adolescents within a structured group setting.
• Maintain certification in Safe Crisis Management (SCM) and utilize these skills as needed.
• Daily activity involving push, pull, or lift of up to 40 pounds.
• Experience working with Youth.
• Must be at least 24 years of age.
• Valid state driver's license and eligibility to drive according to Maryhurst's motor vehicle policy.
