School Crossing Guard - Celebration

About The Position
All City Management Services is currently hiring multiple School Crossing Guards throughout Celebration to help support student safety. Crossing Guards play an important role in helping children safely travel to and from school while serving as a positive presence in the community.
Responsibilities
- Safely assist students and pedestrians at designated crossings
- Monitor traffic flow and maintain safe crossing conditions
- Remain attentive and alert throughout assigned shifts
- Communicate professionally with students, parents, school staff, and drivers
- Follow all company safety procedures and training guidelines
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Able to stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and observation skills
Candidates living near the assigned school area may be best positioned for timely arrival to scheduled shifts.
Pay
$18.50 per hour. Candidates working both assigned shifts will receive total daily earnings of $45.00.
Schedule
This is a part-time position with shifts scheduled before and after school dismissal times, Monday through Friday, following the local school calendar. Typical schedule is 2.5 hours per day.
