Job Summary
The Middle School Counselor provides a comprehensive school counseling program that supports students' academic achievement, social-emotional development, and college and career readiness. The counselor collaborates with students, families, staff, and community resources to promote student success, provide guidance and intervention services, and foster a safe, positive, and inclusive school environment. They assist students with personal, social, behavioral, and academic concerns while supporting overall student well-being and helping students develop the skills needed to succeed in middle school and beyond.
