School Bus Monitor

As a Part Time School Bus Monitor you will play a vital role in your community and the lives of the students you transport. You will be there at the start of the students' day with before-school pickup and at the end with an afternoon shift to bring students safely back home. No experience as a school bus monitor is required! We provide industry-leading training and technology to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

• Split shift: early morning before-school pickup and afternoon drop-off with a few free hours in between
• Guaranteed 4 hours per school day; no nights or weekends unless you choose additional hours
• Opportunity for extra hours through trips and charters when available

Pay

$18.00 per hour starting wage, based on experience.

Requirements

• No college degree or high school diploma required
• Military experience, workforce returners, retirees, or those seeking a second job are encouraged to apply
• Enjoy working with students
• At least 21 years old
• Valid driver’s license for at least 3 years
• Subject to DOT drug testing as a safety-sensitive employee (DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 prohibits the use of Schedule I drugs, including marijuana, for any reason)
